In the end, they don't work with any Soundwave of any sort and so fail as Rumble / Frenzy / Black Frenzy. Rumble and frenzy were never Ultra Magnus' guys, nor Optimus Prime's guys. I suppose they could concievable be held by G1 Soundwave, but ... no. Just no.

Well for one thing "springer" and the "Bruticus" add-on are made by Fansproject, this is made by Perfect Effect, the maker of the TAW God sword. I preordered these, honestly, I don't care about the colors, I just want me some shoulder guns for a commander kit.

Yeah, I see your point, but honestly, I don't think that Hasbro cares, after all Fansproject made the TFCon exclusive Powered Commander, and Hasbro did nothing, as long as they don't use the names they can't really sue them either, Hasbro obviously doesn't hold a patent on transforming toys, and they can't exactly patent likenesses either.
